Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase (in its original package, with your receipt) for your option of either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same Pet Chef product. Refunded amounts exclude any initial or return shipping costs, and replacement may require payment of an additional shipping fee.
OUR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION. IN ALL CASES, OUR LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS.
